That’s certainly a spicy headline, isn’t it?
This is just a quick post, to formalize my support of Cirsova’s statement on the matter, which you can read over at his website.
SFWA’s open endorsement of the violent Black Lives Matter organization makes this very easy to do. This doesn’t even take into account the support (both implicit and explicit) of many of its members of the domestic terrorist organization antifa. Additionally, BLM supports the Hamas terrorist organization, whose charter calls for genoicide. Not a good look, SFWA!
Authors, stay away from this organization. It won’t help your career anyway–especially if you happen to disagree with any of their extreme views.
That’s all for now. If you can, go pick up some of Cirsova’s magazines and other stuff over on Amazon; as you might expect, the usual suspects have been on the attack since his original post. The best way to defeat the cancel mob is to ensure that its targets do well enough that they can weather any sperg storm.
I can also promise you that I will never bend the knee to the mob, and I realize it’s only a matter of time until I end up in their sights, so I appreciate any and all support. The first 6 books of my Galaxy Ascendant series are over on Amazon, and the 7th will be out fairly soon. Also don’t forget to keep an eye out for my next series, Light Unto Another World.
